CALM Licensed Midwife - $200.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: July 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) Membership for California licensed midwives. Includes benefits of membership in CALM and CAM. CNMs and MDs join as CALM Associate members.

CALM Associate - $200.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: July 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) Membership for professionally licensed out of hospital care providers, including CNMs, MDs, and PAs.

CALM Newly Licensed Midwife - $100.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: July 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) This is a two year discount for all newly licensed or new to California LMs.

CALM Newly Licensed Associate - $100.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: July 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) Membership for professionally licensed out of hospital care providers, including CNMs, MDs, and PAs. This is a two year discount for all newly licensed or new to California out of hospital providers.

CALM Retired Midwife - $50.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: July 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) For all the midwives who came before. The membership benefits are:

CALM Student Midwife - $50.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: July 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) For all students to are attending an accredited midwifery school.

CALM Midwife Assistant - $50.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: July 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments)

Birth Center Membership - $150.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: July 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments)

CALM Leave of Absence Member - $100.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: July 1st No automatically recurring payments For CALM members who are currently not practicing because of family leave or other personal reasons.
